Staying Focussed

A True Focus for Change

When I first made a commitment to myself to start this journey on the 1st of Jan 2015, I had no real plan. The only thing I knew, was that I'd get up early, sit myself at the computer and write down my mantra for 2015. Since that day, I've had something to talk about every morning. It's been more the case of restricting what I write because I'm currently fitting this around my job, love and social life. I believe we should all have make time to think and write down what we want for ourselves - and getting up at 5am has been one of the best decisions I've made - because it gives me potential for learning every day.

The purpose of this blog is to measure the changes I make over the course of a year. Every day, I'll be looking at ways to improve my health, wealth, success and happiness. I'll be researching where others have succeeded and seeing what works for me. This daily check on personal growth will be a concrete way to learn, assess, improve monitor and create a path towards a future better me.

This is what my blog will not be.
- A copy of other's work but it will reference them where I've gained from their teachings
- Lazily written. I will not just reference influential quotes - it will be 100% my writing, quoting from others where appropriate to the teaching.
- It will not be a forum for any verbal abuse. I appreciate feedback but, please contact me directly (focusforchange@icloud.com) if you are unhappy about anything I have written.
- It will not be based on other's experience - it is written to address me, my quest for knowledge and the findings I'm made from digesting new information, trying things and the benefits it has given me. If these writings appeal to others reading this blog - then my aim is to relay my experiences on so you may base your findings on your experience too.

I will be as honest and open as I can, always praising and thanking those that have given me their wisdom and I will strive to keep a high level of integrity.
